Paper Unwinds - Horizontal & Vertical Strip Uncoiler
Ruggedly built, top and bottom paper dispensers have quick-change paper spool
holders with adjusters to line the paper to the strip. The entrance paper
unwind is floor mounted, and the exit paper unwind is hung from the ceiling of
the pasting platform.
Plate Parting Machine
Designed to be operator friendly in its simplicity, the parter uses the crush
cut method of parting. The blades are easily removable, and the cutting die can
be phase adjusted to locate the cut accurately. The parter is capable of
cutting the plates to an accuracy of +/- .035” 3 sigma. The unique speed up conveyor attached to the machine has adjustments
that allow the operator to skew the plates and also allow the plate to exit to
the flash drying oven side by side, which aids in automatic plate stacking at
the exit end of the oven. The parter is equipped with a Variable AC motor and
gearbox and an Allen-Bradley Micrologic PLC controller.
Reeler/Dereeler
Used to pay off strip stored on steel reels. The unit is driven by an AC
variable speed motor and gearbox. The Reeler/Dereeler also comes with a no
touch loop control and stand.
