Car Bottom Furnace designed by ITS
Car Bottom Furnaces from ITS are used for a variety of thermal processes which
include stress relieving, heat treating and preheating (prior to forging).
Car Bottom furnaces combine advanced heating technology with industrial proven
designs to provide exceptional temperature uniformity and rapid heat-up.
Operating temperatures up to 1800º F (980º C) are available. Temperature uniformity of +/-25º F (+/-14º C) is common on most applications.
