Drop Bottom Furnace with Quench from ITS are used for solution heat treating of aluminum castings, sheet metal components and extrusions in the aerospace and automotive industry.

Combining advanced heating technology with industrial proven designs, ITS Drop Bottom Furnaces are designed to provide exceptional temperature stability with rapid quench times.

Electric, gas and indirect heating are available.

Pit and ground level quench tank designs can

be selected.

Operating temperatures up to 1200º F (650º C)

are available.

Temperature uniformity of +/-5º F (+/- 2.8º C) is

common on most applications.
