4Airflow is directed through a new perforated air distribution plate which balances the turbulent airflow from the fan.  

4Airflow is then directed through high impingement nozzles to the can.  

RESULT: Lowering of the temperature set point from @400° F (204° C) to @350° F (177° C) +/- 15° F (10° C).

4Actual set points depend on existing conditions may vary. The values presented here are based on an actual oven operating in the field.

4High velocity top down airflow configuration allows operating temperature reduction as much as 50°F (27°C) while maintaining the same production levels.
