System Performance Audit A comprehensive and objective audit of your complete
system to ensure equipment and/or systems are "fit for purpose" and identify
potential risk from burner ignition to control panel wiring and from bearing
condition to conveyor trackers. ITS VIP Gold, Silver and Bronze packages
included.
4 ITS VIP GOLD Burner Integrity Management
A quantitative method utilized to verify the proper operating parameters of the
burner ignition systems for optimal performance. ITS VIP Silver and Bronze
packages included.
4 ITS VIP SILVER Condition Monitoring
The overall condition of the equipment can be ascertained by examining
particular components such as fan wheels, shafts, sprockets, pumps, or ductwork
for signs of wear, oxidation (fouling) contamination and proper alignment. ITS
VIP Bronze package included.
4 ITS VIP BRONZE Safe-to-Operate Assessment
Go beyond visual inspection and verify that the components are in proper working
order and void of risk. Assess the electrical system for signs of arc
flash/failure, test air flow switches, check gas pressure and vent valves for
leakage, thermocouple continuity, etc.
