International Thermal Systems LLC (ITS) is an original equipment manufacturer specializing in complete state-of-the-art, engineered-to-order industrial ovens, furnaces, coolers, parts washers and associated material handling equipment. International Thermal Systems through its extensive installed base of over 4000 ovens and associated systems has earned the loyalty of its customers in the aerospace, automotive, batteries, beverage container and heat exchanger industries.

Whether designing, manufacturing, upgrading or retrofitting a system, no challenge is too great. Equipped with proprietary thermal processing technologies, our research-and-development group works with you; our customer, to meet your precise requirements while maximize your productivity and providing cost-effective space and energy conserving solutions.

Our sales and applications engineers work "hands-on" with our customers, performing a comprehensive site evaluation, reviewing product and manufacturing variables (i.e., product dimensions, weight, line speeds and site floor space) to determine the design that best suits your specific application. When required, process development testing is provided in our R&D facility to analyze applications to produce the most exacting equipment specifications. Proprietary heat transfer and temperature profile analysis is available for analyzing those applications not well suited for testing in a lab.

From start to finish ITS uses only the latest technology in our design and manufacturing process. Equipment is tested on the front end with research and development and on the back end, in the factory or on site, to insure the equipment is operating to specifications and meeting the customer’s needs.

HISTORY

International Thermal Systems was founded in 2000 with the merging of three well-known and well-respected names in the heat processing, finishing and metal decorating industries, Industrial Heat Enterprises International (IHEI), Oven Systems Incorporated (OSI), and LTG Technologies, Inc.

LOCATIONS

International Thermal Systems’ corporate headquarters in Milwaukee Wisconsin USA provides worldwide design, manufacturing and service support through its 125,000 sq. ft manufacturing and office facility. ITS Industrial Thermal Equipment Co., LTD (Shanghai China) provides regional sales support and manufacturing capability for China and Southeast Asia.  International Thermal Systems GmbH (Stuttgart Germany) provides sales, engineering, service and manufacturing support for Europe.
