International Thermal Systems' Spare Parts Group supports and enhances our design and manufacturing capability by supplying OEM replacement parts to our customers worldwide for the systems we manufacture and those manufactured by others.

Prompt and knowledgeable customer support are the hallmarks of this department which will evaluate your replacement parts needs and supply everything from the smallest standard parts to customized one-of-a-kind parts. Our trained spare parts personnel can supply parts based on our original drawings, or if necessary customer drawings, to ensure the right parts are supplied.

Whatever your spare parts needs, ITS can help. In-stock items can frequently arrive at your facility the next day; delivery for standard parts that are not in-stock is typically a few days; for those hard-to-find items, delivery may take a few weeks. To expedite the shipping process, include the system's serial number. To simplify the ordering process for those who do not have an account, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
