Welcome to the ITS Service Department. This department has eight (8) experienced field technicians located throughout the US for providing both US and international service support for installation of new equipment, upgrades/modifications to existing equipment and contract maintenance support. ITS' service department also supplies equipment manuals for ITS equipment and handles all warranty issues.

The Service Department offers the following services not only on ITS equipment, but that of other manufacturers:

Start up on new and used equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment

Establish preventative maintenance programs

Evaluate and audit existing equipment for modifications and enhancements

Certifications (thermal profile tests, etc.)
