International Thermal Systems’ patented Turbo Flow technology is a new innovation in oven technology; one that is well suited for applications requiring tight temperature uniformity and rapid product heatup.

Turbo Flow achieves these benefits by substantially increasing the airflow throughout the oven’s working chamber without requiring an increase in the air passing through the burner box. Airflow out of the burner box is directed into one or more specialized ducts in the oven chamber. Air within the oven is drawn into these ducts to substantially increase airflow within the oven. On typical applications, Turbo Flow increases the air recirculation rate within the oven up to 4 times over non-Turbo Flow ovens.

Turbo Flow is ideal for paint finishing, web applications and other large oven installations. Turbo Flow is available on select batch and continuous ovens.
