International Thermal Systems’ Continuous Plate Flash Dryers are available for automotive and industrial applications for drying battery plates after the pasting operation. As always, ITS Dryers are engineered to order based on the customer’s specific process and facility requirements.

Plate Flash Dryers feature high-energy efficiency and low maintenance.   Production rates of over 300 panels per minute are available. Plate Flash Dryers can be ordered with electric or gas heat. Aluminized steel is used for all interior and exterior panels.
