International Thermal Systems’ Aluminum Aging ovens deliver rapid heatup and provide exceptional temperature uniformity for aging of aluminum products. Batch and continuous ovens are available in various configurations.

ITS’s Aging ovens feature heavy-duty construction with high volume recirculation fans to insure even heating with temperature uniformity of +/- 5º F on most applications. Operating temperature of 550º F is typical.

ITS’s Aging ovens are engineered to order to meet the customer’s specific requirements. Options include indexing conveyors, multi lane conveyors and a cool-down station for continuous ovens. Batch ovens are available with top or rear mounted burner box, vertical or bi-parting doors and various airflow arrangements depending on the application. Heating options include electric, gas and indirect heating.

Each ITS oven must pass a 120-point quality certification inspection prior to shipment. This certification includes a detailed thermal profile test to insure temperature uniformity throughout the oven.
