ITS’s Industrial Batch ovens are available in many sizes and configurations to accommodate the needs of many industries. Batch ovens can be ordered as a Truck oven, Walk-in oven, Roller Hearth oven or a variety of other specialized configurations. Batch ovens are typically used for processing low to moderate volumes or for applications that require an extended period at temperature.

Options are available for vertical and horizontal powered doors, combination and side-to-side airflow, top or rear mounted burner box configurations and gas, electric and steam heating.

Applications requiring temperature uniformity less than +/- 5º F can be accommodated through ITS’s patented Turbo Flow technology. Turbo Flow significantly increases the amount of recirculation within the oven without an increase in fan size.

ITS’s Batch ovens can be ordered for low and high temperature applications. Operating temperatures up to 1200º F are available.

ITS’s Batch ovens are used for a variety of applications which include heat-treating, stress relieving, aluminum aging, varnish/paint baking and epoxy curing.

Varnish Cure Batch Oven for motor rotors.  Features bi-parting doors, side-to-side airflow and an over head monorail for ease of loading.  Operating temperature of 350º F.
