International Thermal Systems’ Car Bottom furnaces combine advanced heating technology with industrial proven designs to provide exceptional temperature uniformity and rapid heat-up. ITS’ Car Bottom furnaces are used for a variety of thermal processes which include stress relieving, heat treating and preheating (prior to forging).

Operating temperatures up to 1800º F (980º C) are available. Temperature uniformity of +/-25º F (+/-14º C) is common on most applications.
