Industrial Parts Cleaning is a critical step to the successful production of many ferrous and non-ferrous products whether to remove machining lubricants or in-process protective overcoats. International Thermal Systems (ITS) offers a variety of standard and customized industrial parts washers for moderate-to-high volume applications. Industrial parts washer types provided by ITS include:

• Belt Parts Washers - offers product flexibility and high production capacity for general part cleaning

• Monorail Parts Washers - offers high production capacity with flexible loading and unloading

• Cabinet/Carousel Parts Washers - typically used for lower volume needs which can include manufacturing cells, batch cleaning and applications having critical cleaning requirements

• Rotary Drum Parts Washers - provides high volume cleaning for smaller parts that are allowed to tumble during the parts washing process

Depending on the model, ITS's Industrial Parts Washers are available with single and multiple stations for washing, rinsing, blow-off and hot air drying. A variety of spray pressures, temperatures and dwell times are selected based on the individual application.
