International Thermal Systems’ Can Washer combines a state-of-the-art washer, transfer system and energy efficient dry-off oven into one highly productive and efficient wash system. ITS’s Can Wash systems are designed and manufactured to the customer’s specific process and facility requirements.

Each wash system includes a patented quick-disconnect riser assembly for ease of maintenance and repeatability in re-installation. An optional Belt Vacuum system provides recovery and reuse of chemicals, while reducing cross-contamination of the washer process tanks.

• 3'-6", 6'-0", 8'-0" wide belt conveyors available
• Production speeds ranging from 60 to 6000 cans per minute (dependent on application requirements)
• Curing temperatures to 480º F (250º C)
• Options include ceramic slide beds in washer, hot water heating systems, oil coalescers, vacuum or magnetic transfers
