Pin ovens are used for drying the decorative coatings on two-piece beverage cans. International Thermal Systems is a market leader in the design and manufacture of Pin ovens with an emphasis on providing stable and damage free conveyance, rapid product heatup and exceptional temperature uniformity. Pins ovens are available with capacities up to 2400 cans per minute.

ITS offers three Pin oven models:

• Conventional Pin oven (Medium cycle)
• Dual Pin Conventional oven
• Sigma Six Pin oven with patented airflow technology

Sigma Six Pin ovens through its patented airflow technology provides the industries fastest and most uniform heat transfer allowing a reduction of 60% in the number of chain passes. Sigma Six can easily fit into an existing line when replacing older and slower pin ovens.
