International Thermal Systems Secures Large Order for Two-Piece Can Equipment

Milwaukee, WI USA. January 24, 2008

International Thermal Systems, a leader in thermal processing and industrial parts washing equipment, announced today that the company was awarded a contract to supply one (1) Sigma Six Pin oven, one (1) Internal Bake Oven (IBO) and one (1) Washer w/ Dry-Off Oven for a major can maker in the USA.

The Sigma Six Pin oven, IBO and Washer w/ Dry-Off Oven will be used for processing 24-oz aluminum beverage cans. The Washer w/ Dry-Off Oven features a throughput of 3,000 cans per minute for supporting two lines. The Sigma Six Pin Oven and IBO will support 1,600-1,800 cans per minute.
